Amit is a former CFO, COO and Business Leader with 22+ years of progressive finance and business leadership roles in USA, India and Asia. In his 15 years with GE in global and regional roles, he served multiple businesses including healthcare, energy, industrial systems, financial services and corporate where he was awarded several management awards over the years for continued outstanding performance. Amit was also a co-founder and partner in a venture capital investment vehicle.

More recently, Amit built a successful operating partner business, working closely with venture-funded start-ups and other early-stage businesses across healthcare, professional services, marketing technology, and digital content sectors. He is a mentor and advisor to several early-stage companies.

Amit holds a CPA degree from the Colorado Board in US. He is a national merit holder Chartered Accountant and a qualified Cost and Management Accountant from India. He has also completed Executive learning programs at Harvard Business School. Amit is a graduate of GE’s Experienced Financial Leadership Program (EFLP) and a Certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma quality methodology.
